Website Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Blitzforma ("Provider"), or by submitting payment for web design, domain registration, or hosting, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

"Blitzbaam" is a trade name used by Blitz Baam, a sole proprietor, doing business as Blitzforma. Blitz Baam is the party who enters into this agreement with the Client, owns the registered domain on the Client's behalf under Section 6 below, and will appear as the merchant of record on billing and credit card statements.

2Scope of Services & Pricing

  Custom design, domain registration, and deployment for a standard one-page business website · one-time fee

• Hosting & Support

  Hosting, security monitoring, and ongoing updates & support · recurring monthly fee, cancel anytime
  $29 / month

All prices are for standard one-page business websites. Custom features may have additional one-time fees.

3Payment & Billing

The one-time build fee is due upon project commencement. The monthly hosting & support fee is charged automatically each month unless canceled.

4Cancellations & Refunds

• The one-time build fee is non-refundable once development and deployment have initiated.
• Monthly hosting & support may be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5Website Updates

The monthly Hosting & Support fee includes up to two (2) content update requests per calendar year at no additional charge (for example: updated text, photos, hours, or pricing on the existing site). Additional update requests, or requests involving new pages, features, or a redesign, may be billed separately at Blitzforma's then-current rates. Unused updates do not carry over to the following year.

6Domain Ownership & Transfer

The domain registered for the Client's website is initially registered under Blitzforma. Once the Client has been an active subscriber for at least 3 months, Blitzforma will transfer the domain to the Client upon request, free of charge, whether or not the Client continues the subscription.

7Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable commercial standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Provider is registered.
