1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Blitzforma ("Provider"), or by submitting payment for web design, domain registration, or hosting, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2Scope of Services & Pricing

• Standard Website Build

  Custom layout creation, domain registration, and deployment for local service-trade professionals · one-time starting rate
  $500+
• Pro Package Build

  Complete website build, domain registration, and 3 years of hosting and maintenance fully paid upfront · one-time bundled rate
  $1,000
• Hosting & Maintenance (Standard/Renewal)

  For standard accounts, or following the expiration of a 3-year Pro package term · recurring monthly fee
  $18 / month

3Payment & Billing

Upfront build fees and bundled packages are due upon project commencement. Standard recurring monthly maintenance fees are charged automatically each month unless alternative prepaid arrangements are made.

4Cancellations & Refunds

• Pro packages and custom build fees are non-refundable once development and deployment have initiated.
• Monthly maintenance subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

5Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable commercial standards and United States state regulations.
